Inspired by Alison’s experience with IBD and motherhood, this beautifully written story follows Kenzie, a young girl processing her mother’s chronic illness. The book offers a framework for discussing chronic illness with children, showing that, despite the challenges, love and resilience will always bloom—just like Kenzie’s tree.

IBD Cookbook - Interview With Dr. Ajit Sood and Dr. Ritu Sudhakar

We partnered with Nikhil Jayswal, the founder of IBD India, to do an interview about diet and IBD with Dr. Ajit Sood and Dr. Ritu Sudhakar. We discussed the use of spices in food, turmeric, expanding the variety of food we eat, and how to adjust your diet during an IBD flare.
